Reservation Policies
- Rates are in US dollars at the daily exchange rate.
- All rates include the respective 13% sales tax.
- Regular rate includes breakfast (depending on hotel occupancy, breakfast may be offered à la carte or buffet-style).
- "All-Inclusive Green" package includes: Accommodation according to room type, breakfast, lunch, dinner, and one activity per person per day to choose from (Horseback Riding Tours, Canopy or Tubbing, or selected Spa treatments).
- Premium All-Inclusive: Accommodation according to room type, breakfast, lunch, dinner, snacks at designated times, and unlimited drinks. In addition to the selected tours, with the restriction of not participating in adventure activities under the influence of alcohol.
- Priority will be given to reservations from Travel Agencies that use our services throughout the year.
- All formal reservation requests for individuals and groups must be directly processed by the company/client through an official email to the Reservations Department.
- Despite the "confirmation" numbers sent by the Reservations Department, all requests are entered into the reservation system as tentative until the corresponding prepayment is made according to the established policies, along with the corresponding proof of payment. Alternatively, until the hotel receives the fully completed Credit Card Authorization Form from the client, without any information or billing defects.
- The Reservations Department will provide the "cut off/release" dates for each reservation in their "confirmation" responses. With this information, both the agency and the hotel will proceed with the corresponding and timely follow-up of their reservations.
- The hotel reserves the right to cancel reservations when the corresponding deposits have not been received by the indicated release/cut off dates.
Guest Check-In and Check-Out:

Check-In: 03:00 p.m.
Check-Out: 12:00 p.m. (noon) - Upon arrival at the hotel, guests must present a voucher from the agency. The hotel will adhere to the instructions included in this document, and the travel agency is solely responsible for payment of the services.
- Reservations for the Christmas and Easter weeks require a prepayment and have a minimum stay requirement of 2 nights.

- We accept small pets
- We accept service animals for people with special needs.
- Pets cannot stay in shared public areas (Pools-Spa-Restaurant-Front Desk).
- The use of a leash is mandatory inside the facilities
- The pet cannot sleep on the bed and sofas.
- The owner of the pet will be responsible for any damage caused to the room or property.
- The pet cannot stay alone in the room, otherwise the hotel will penalize the situation.
- The pet owner must take responsibility for their pet's waste and must pick up the droppings within the premises.
- Maximum 1 pet per room.
- It is necessary to use the box inside the room.
- A deposit of $200.00 or bank card (duly accredited credit or debit) is required. In case of non-compliance with the policies, the hotel will charge automatically.
- Subject to availability of rooms assigned for pets.
